Turn a recording into a useful report
Ask your agent for decisions, follow-ups, and a report you can review alongside the original meeting.
Move from recorded discussion to a readable result: what was decided, what remains open, and what to do next.
Before you start
Have a recording attached to a Push Session and a coding agent with the Push skill. If no transcript is available, follow recording and transcription first. Work in that recording's conversation or give the agent its exact work reference.
Ask for the report
Use the Push skill to make a meeting report from the recording attached to this work. Separate confirmed decisions, open questions and follow-ups. Keep uncertain speaker names explicit, and show me the finished report in Push.Tell the agent who will read it, the language and any constraints. For example, say whether you need an internal action list or a document you will share with a customer. Ask it to distinguish proposals from decisions and avoid inventing owners or dates.
Check the source first
Review important names and commitments against the transcript and audio. An invitation list does not establish who attended or who said something. If the transcript is wrong, ask the agent to explain a proposed correction before replacing the stored text.
For a direct read, replace SESSION_REF with the reference displayed on the work:
push recording list SESSION_REFTo read its available transcript in your shell:
push recording transcript SESSION_REFWhen there are several takes, tell the agent which ones belong to this meeting.
See the result
Open the final report from the work's Artifacts or terminal inspector. Read it as its intended recipient: are decisions supported, uncertainties visible and follow-ups actionable? The report is a new document; the recording remains the source you can return to.
Ask for revisions in the same conversation. If you want separate follow-up work, name the tasks and say whether to save or start them. A proposed calendar follow-up does not create an event until you choose to add it.
If something stops
If the recording is missing, check its Push Session and whether it synced from the phone. If the agent cannot read a file, resolve the named access requirement. If evidence is incomplete, keep that uncertainty in the report.
When ready, review and share the result. Creating a report does not authorize sending it to someone or publishing a public link.
