Find the right setting
Locate the controls that affect agents, connections, recording, notifications and access.
Open Settings with ⌘, on the Mac. Use settings to choose behavior or grant access yourself; use the Push skill to ask for work within those choices.
Terminal
Check coding-runtime readiness, sign-in needs and Re-probe runtimes. Choose unattended Bypass Permissions only after reading its confirmation and scope. Runtime auto-update and run-capacity controls affect future availability; an agent's model-provider limits are separate.

Account
Sign in with an available provider, manage Connected Accounts, or sign out. Linking a provider and transferring workspace ownership are different actions. See account and connections.
Workspace
Look here for workspace identity, devices and connections, File access, Allow file publishing, Push CLI and skill, and the local Your data inventory. Exact grouping can vary with your app version and access.
Use device controls to review or revoke connections. File and publishing grants remain your decision. The CLI and skill panel provides installation and PATH repair instructions. Retained conversation-history controls explain what their deletion removes; inspect the scope before confirming.
Always On
Review the plugged-in and battery choices before keeping a Mac awake. macOS may ask you to approve the helper used for that feature. Always On does not repair a network outage or replace running Push after a restart.

Notifications
Choose local notifications, device push delivery, smart delivery, burst bundling and quiet hours from the available controls. Live Activities on iPhone have their own settings and OS permission.
A quiet notification setting does not mean the agent has no pending request. Check the work or ask for status when you need a current answer.
Recording
Recording starts off. Enable it to expose recording options, meeting suggestions, transcription configuration, speaker tools and storage controls. Mac transcription needs your configured OpenRouter key. See recording.
Deleting audio and stopping a recording are different actions; read the storage control's scope before using it.
Permissions
Inspect OS grants and follow the displayed setup for microphone, system audio and other local features. These permissions are separate from workspace roles and agent tool approval. See permissions.

Beta features and version differences
Use the Beta label shown by your released app as the availability signal. Beta features may change or be removed. This manual does not describe hidden development controls as supported features.
If a guide points to a control absent in your version, check updates and troubleshooting and your access before assuming it is enabled elsewhere.
